Shipping policy
You are currently shopping on our New York Flagship website. Orders to be shipped from our NYC store do not qualify for free shipping at this time.
The Viberg Canadian online store will ship for free worldwide on footwear orders over $770. Please visit viberg.com to order under their terms.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
All orders shipped outside of the United States of America will show shipping, duties and taxes as a separate line item for full transparency. We do our best to ensure that all applicable fees are covered at time of purchase, but cannot fully guarantee that there won't be additional charges to certain international countries.
Currently, some customs agencies may require the buyer to assign a Power of Attorney for custom clearance. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges this requirement and agrees to absolve Viberg of any related responsibilities.
Order Cancellations
If you are needing to adjust or cancel your order, please reach out to newyork@viberg.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not able to guarantee cancellation requests, or adjust orders beyond this window.
Return Shipping
In the event that an order is returned due to refused delivery, incorrect shipping details, or unpaid duties, we reserve the right to refuse additional fulfillment, or to issue a refund at our discretion.
We do not accept unauthorized parcels that have not been cleared by our Customer Service team. Any unauthorized items received will be returned at the expense of the customer.
Note for US Military Customers: We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses, and parcels may not be granted delivery to US military bases, barracks, or other military locations.
