Refunds and Returns

At Viberg, we believe every pair of footwear should fit perfectly. Our team is available to help you select the right style, size, and material. For assistance, please contact Customer Service at info@viberg.com or via live chat.

Return & Refund Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund back to original payment, less applicable return shipping fees.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery.

Duties & Taxes
Any duties, taxes, or import fees paid on international orders are non-refundable. Viberg is not responsible for reimbursing these charges. For returns, customers are responsible for ensuring that shipments are sent back duties-paid. Any additional charges incurred upon return will be deducted from the issued refund.

Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback does not entitle a customer to retain merchandise. Items must be returned upon request. Failure to do so may result in re-charging and/or legal action.

International Returns
For orders outside the United States and Canada, returns are accepted for refund back to original payment, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.

Preorders, Gift Cards, and Final Sale Items

Please note that Pre-Orders, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. In the event that a final sale item is suspected to be defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as you suspect a product is defective and before trying the item on. 


Item Condition

All returns and exchanges must be returned in unworn, undamaged condition and must include all accessories and original packaging. In the event that the received item contains signs of wear, we recommend documenting the condition of the product before wearing. Always try on footwear on carpeted floors to avoid scuffing or dirtying the soles.

Any indication of wear or damage upon return, such as scuffed leather soles and wrinkled uppers, may not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost, or a deduction from your refund for a loss of value may occur. Loss of value may be in the form of repair cost or full sale price, which is at the full discretion of Viberg.com

If you suspect an item is defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as you suspect a product is defective, and ideally before trying the item on. Please note that suspected defects that are the direct result of the user’s wear and tear will not be recognized as a defect. 

Please note that all items, including returned items, are assessed by our Quality Control team.
